This is “The Wrap-Around Porch” park model! One of the widest park models available (15′) with our largest porch a full 12×15 covered front porch, and a nice wrap around covered porch as well. The raised roof line allow for 11′ ceilings in the living room and kitchen, plus a huge loft area! We have added a brand new optional real wood burning rock fireplace off the porch end with firewood cubbies and it turned out Amazing! We used Evolv rock on 3 side all the way to the top of the chimney for an amazing overall look! We also added a beautiful new exterior paint color. The inside of this model is equally impressive with custom paint, tall 40″ o/h cabinets, white painted hardwood cabinets and RRC exclusive tile that is absolutely beautiful! The movable island features stained wood and casters for ease and mobility. We also removed the entertainment center for flexibility and added some beadboard accents. The bedroom is large enough for a king sized bed, and has double barn door closets. The bathroom also features custom tile in the shower and accent wall, and we added a massive loft for extra sleeping & storage space!
We also added custom light fixtures throughout!
